An informational directory

Valley Food Finder helps people find food producers in Fresno County. It is not a producer, seller, marketplace, broker, market operator, delivery service or payment processor. We do not take orders, handle payments or arrange transactions.

These terms describe use of this service. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow you to waive.

Confirm information directly

Listings are informational and can become outdated. We do not guarantee that a product is currently available. Prices, hours, inventory, ordering methods, pickup details and producer practices can change. Confirm time-sensitive information directly with the producer before ordering or traveling.

Verification labels describe the checks defined in our Standards. They are not safety inspections, certifications or guarantees. A market or pickup site is a separate sales location, not necessarily the producer. See the directory disclaimer.

Products and transactions

The producer and consumer are responsible for their transaction, including payment, fulfillment, refunds and complaints about products. Ask the producer about ingredients, allergens, handling, preparation and suitability for your needs. Valley Food Finder does not test or guarantee food quality, safety, nutritional benefits, production practices or suitability.

Inclusion and third-party links

Inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, a partnership or an official relationship in either direction. Valley Food Finder is not a certifying authority.

Listed producers and sales locations are independent third parties. Valley Food Finder does not act as their agent, representative, employee or partner.

Producer websites, maps, ordering services and other linked destinations are operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not control or guarantee their content or services.

Suggestions, corrections, claims and removal

Submit information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have a right to share. Avoid sensitive personal information and private addresses. A submission is a lead for review and does not automatically add, change, claim or remove a listing.

For ownership or removal, you represent that you are the producer, owner, employee or an otherwise authorized representative. We may ask for reasonable verification. We may also investigate credible accuracy or privacy concerns raised by others. See the request process and Privacy.

You allow us to use the submitted information to investigate the request and, after verification, prepare original directory information. Requester contact details and private review messages are not part of the public listing.

Copyright, names and media

Our directory summaries are written in our own words. Third-party business names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify producers. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.

Do not copy or reuse protected site content except with permission or as allowed by law. Real producer photos and logos require permission, an appropriate license, owner-supplied media with sufficient rights, or another documented lawful basis. Finding media online does not establish permission. Illustrative imagery does not depict a particular listed farm or prove any production practice.

Report a copyright or trademark concern

Email contact@valleyfoodfinder.com with the page URL, the work or mark at issue, the reason for your concern, and your contact information. If you are acting for the rights holder, explain your authority to do so. Include enough detail for us to locate and review the material; do not send identity documents or confidential material unless a necessary secure process is agreed.

Prohibited misuse

Do not submit deceptive claims, impersonate a business, infringe others’ rights, harass people, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or extract private data. Automated requests must not disrupt availability or evade technical restrictions.

Service availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend or remove content or features, and may restrict misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent inclusion. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date; additional notice will be provided where required by law. Changes are not intended to take away accrued or nonwaivable rights.

Disclaimers and lawful limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the directory is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted service, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not promise that every error will be found or corrected.

To the extent permitted by law, Valley Food Finder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory or reliance on third-party listings. This does not exclude or limit responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No provision guarantees immunity, and applicable consumer rights remain in place.

California law and contact

California law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. We do not require arbitration or waive class actions or small-claims rights in these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
